Francisco Tortolani first established his business as Mastercraft Jewelry Co. in Providence, Rhode Island. After World War II he moved to Los Angeles, and in 1950 founded Tortolani Jewelry. Tortolani was known for antiqued silvertone and goldtone jewelry which rarely used stones but was sometimes enameled. Measurements are 7 - 7 1/4" circumfrence round 2 1/4"tall at front and 1"tall at back hinge. This bracelet is hallmarked. Exquisite gift for an exceptional person.
